Host a holiday event in your own home after you create a Thanksgiving-style dinner with Oso Creek’s renowned Chef Ricardo on Monday, October 23 from 6 to 9 pm. This fun, interactive evening will be a hands-on culinary dining experience for age 21 and older.
Chef will describe and demonstrate each dish as participants take turns assisting with the preparation. At the end of the evening, each person will eat what they made and enjoy one complimentary glass of wine.
The menu includes:
- Ora King Salmon – you’ll learn to remove the skin, portion and prep before baking
- Herb-Crusted Rib Roast
- Cream of Corn
- Pom-puree Mashed Potatoes
- Homemade Truffle Biscuits
The cost is $75 (plus tax and gratuity) per person and includes the full dining experience, a full meal prepared by you and one glass of wine.
